With the Chinese New Year I read estimates of millions of Chinese tourists leaving the country going all over the world with multiple billions moving throughout the country. Since it's pretty clear the Chinese gov lied about the infection numbers when it was originally discovered it's probably pretty likely it's all over the world at this point.
