I saw that vid on reddit a few weeks back. There were some people in the thread who knew details including the op who filmed it or knew who filmed it and no one mentioned Antifa from memory although it wasn't clear what the motivation of the guy who vandalized the truck was. Someone saw him later in a store a few blocks away nursing his bruises. Twitter is a lying beotch!
