First ice hockey practice. It was chaos and most of jr #2's team mates were crawling on the ice crying to go home. He almost broke down crying when he had to get off the ice, both were super stoked.

You'd better start saving moneyz for at least a dozen hockey sticks per tigger jr per season 😁 It's going to cost a fortune.

I'm so enjoying these evenings. So much fun just watching your kids.

They unfortunately split the groups so it's first jr #2 a s then jr #1 but it's such a full evening. Jr #2 had a scuffle on the ice with a dude that kept tripping him with his stick, like 20 times, but he was pretty cool about it. His mom then came to apologize, apparently the other little dude explained to her that that's how you play ice hockey... It's basically like watching teddy bears on ice. Then he hung around in his hockey gear with his friend Alice who kept telling him that he's got grown up gear on him. When Alice went to the loo, another I guess 4 year old girl appeared next to him, too shy to say hi but apparently quite interested in the geared up boy. It's hilarious how some of these things just seem built in.

Meanwhile jr #1 got friendly with a girl on his team that was obviously a bit better than him. I see a lot of time spent on ice so that he can catch up in close future.

#2 left crying because he thought they would alternate and he can go back on ice. Next week there should be an extra outdoors ice rink so I can presumably send him there to keep skating.
