More tender and juicier than rat and you can crunch most of the bones with your teeth. A lot less screwing around than say quail.

Ate two more late last night as a snack. It's fast becoming my favorite meat. Could be difficult to get if I ever emigrate back to the West.

Besides, eating a British mouse is quite a bad idea according to the WHO, as meta-analysis of multiple scientific studies confirmed mouse meat may contain traces of British food.
