I don't see anything there.
@Tazzsaidin@TazzA big black building since the 70's and nobody knows anything.
A lot of AT&T buildings look weird like that with no windows. I assume it's because the place is full of electronics and windows would heat it up at different times during the day. Same as a data center. Also if you were to guess where the NSA was operating, that would be a pretty good guess since it's the switch center for international calls for the NE. They would have to tap in somewhere and that would be near the top of the list.
I had a client that did satellite communications and had a government piece. All the commercial traffic was routed to a single terrestrial station in the U.S. while the government/military was routed through a ground station in Hawaii. They were trying to expand into Russia and China and both demanded to have their traffic routed into their own ground stations rather than through the U.S. and back via cable to avoid the NSA eavesdropping. Other foreign governments use the network through the U.S. though so I am pretty sure the NSA was probably intercepting the downlink signal nearby or maybe linked into the facility itself.

you mean their anti-counterfeiting ops?
They do that, but they also go after any kind of trafficking and this includes sex trafficking, child pornography and other crimes that involve money and the Net.
They do a lot more than most people are aware.

Well, ya.
They are the SECRET Service, of course people don't know what they do.
DUH.
Many people in Russia seem to be suffering from decreased lung capacity? It's probably due to drinking all that vodka?
They can sometimes barely begin to blow a whistle and then they are dead.
A couple of days ago, a guy was supposed to appear in court to testify against someone in the oligarchy he caught stealing 250 million dollars, but alas, while moving a new bathtub in his apartment, one that was delivered by a couple of moonlighting KGB agents, he ran out of breath and so fell out the window to his death. Strain from moving heavy cast iron can lead to sudden weakness.
Just today, a Russian fellow in Kiev who was supposed to testify against Russian-lover Viktor Yanukovych, also suddenly ran out of breath while gong for a walk.

Pakoon, you aren't fooling anyone.
Please do not let your upsetting experience with Drop Box become confused with Drop Dead, OK?

Nikolai Gorokhov didn't actually fall to his death, he survived and may yet testify. The one that died was Magnitsky that was beaten to death in prison and Gorokhov was his family's lawyer in that case.
