I found a lot of those today while walking my dog ( read: trying to follow her in the woods while she hunted a rabbit ) and I'm going to go and collect all of them tomorrow and make super expensive dish very cheaply tomorrow. In Japan people pay hundreds of dollars per kg of those :)
That Wikipedia article has one thing wrong btw. A Finnish researcher was the first to find out that Nordic matsutake is the same species as the Japanese one and the goHdamn Swedes only confirmed his findings a decade later! Fucking Swederlanders!

@eWildcat Lol, I just watched the news and I found that a Finnish game ( usually played at summer cottages while drinking beer ) is getting popular in France and France even held world championship games last weekend :D

That's true, though I suspect it's rarely played by the populace. They usually prefer pétanque, as I do because at least when you play it nobody minds you drinking alcohol and making dirty jokes instead of commenting the last Golden Bear winning film.

Pétanque is a nice game, but definitely needs alcohol and dirty jokes. Same thing with Mölkky (unless you're playing with children)
