Yea, that one we're going to have to code ourselves as it's not a priority apparently. Anyone know how to code node.js to create a plugin?
i do not know if this is something worth fixing or not but here is the one problem i have with the format here:
if i quote somebody, the text box where i type in my response gets so full that i cannot see what i am typing. i cannot scroll down to see the rest of the text box for some reason

@Hog Yeah, so the old forum would insert quote tags around highlighted text. Something like that so you don't have to manually throw a > in front of every paragraph you want to quote. Not as big a deal since they added the embed article thing, but would still be nice to emphasize parts of an article.

The software is called NodeBB.
You can try using this plugin and changing if you want to edit so that it is for quoting instead: https://github.com/NicolasSiver/nodebb-plugin-ns-spoiler.
Well fortunately gators got rid of the eye sore graphics for the punch in the face check mark.
But where is our punch in the face check mark with non crs graphics...you know, graphics from only 10-15 years ago?

What database table are you storing credit card details in? I wan't to make sure I don't accidentally scrape that information and send it to my email address every time someone clicks the new quote button.

Supplementary question: do you have a test system somewhere you can give me admin access to so I can debug the plug in as I develop it? Don't worry if not, it's just a bit of a pain to run NodeBB on my laptop. I'm having trouble just using the spoiler plug in you linked me to - it's not showing on the post edit toolbar for one thing.

@Hog I would have to talk with @tigger to see if we could set up a test server. I guess it would be helpful rather than breaking shit on the live server, but I don't know how much of a hassle it would be.
OK no worries. I can work around it with virtualization (ie Docker) but the published image is an old version so I'll copy and modify it. Plug in should work regardless. Might be next weekend before I can spend much time on it but I got the basics worked out today with some of the JavaScript and publishing the package to NPM.

Yeah sure. My visual design skills are pretty crap but I could implement someone else's design (colors, images, fonts etc) in CSS or LESS. @Pakoon is a professional designer if I'm not mistaken - maybe not UI/UX but at least he'd know what works / looks good.

He's not that good. He tends to overuse reds in his palets.
