Had dinner in a Tex Mex restaurant in Phnom Penh last night. Fuck me, everything was delicious, like way tastier than any Mexican food I'd had before at Mexican restaurants and I thought those meals were great. Turns out the proprietor was Californian though so I don't know if that's +1 to Texas or +1 California.
