Fox News is basically part of the Russian fifth column right now so I figured they deserved their own thread.
It also showed attempts to crack down on fact-checking election lies. On one occasion, Carlson demanded that Fox News White House correspondent Jacqui Heinrich be fired after she fact-checked a Trump tweet pushing election fraud claims.

CNN has been going down the tubes for the last two years and they're fighting for anything. Fox is the Russian fifth pillar? All they did during the Trump/Russian probe was to ask for any direct evidence which never happened. Later found out the entire dossier was made up. CNN+ was suppose to be a big money maker for them but only lasted a few weeks before going broke because nobody wanted it. Remember when CNN hired Michael Avenatti as as a host for legal advice? Or former CIA director James Clapper who was found to have lied to Congress? Their viewers have dropped now losing 75% so they're going after Fox who is on top.

They're kinda dumb for not trying to settle right now though.
I guess they really don't care what comes out of discovery because they know their audience is enthralled, really.

Apart from them pushing a pro-Russian Trump and contributing to destabilizing a democratic country post the 2020 election, Hannity and Carlson get mentioned every other day on Russian state TV like they are the second coming. It's only because their agendas and talking points align perfectly with Russia's.
Whether it's a conspiracy or they're just arseholes is anybody's guess. They certainly don't need the money so it's unlikely they've been bought.
Edit: and they aren't the fifth column, they're just an influential part of it.
Hannity and Carlson would've been pro-Hitler in the 40s since a democract was at the helm of the country back then.
