fuckity fuckity fuck fuck...
cancer is back.
:-(
that sucks man.
it's not that bad...just a bit depressing i got to go through it all again,, but they did say often it comes back so I'm not overly shocked
I should be in hospital within the next 8 weeks to have it removed and then ill find out my treatment plan I had doxorubicin last time so I'm guessing BCG but I don't know for sure Ill only really know when they grade it,
I asked for a picture but they said no last time i was in to much discomfort to look at it the first time but I guessing I'm getting used to the procedure, as a i had a good look there was too of them growing... looked like little sea anemones
Sorry to hear this news Andy. I do hope that you get a good result from the next round of treatments.
My grandfather and my father both had prostate cancer and though I do not live in fear of it, I have been stoic about the possibilities that I too may have it one day. I am now older than they were when they were diagnosed.
Having gone through the process of kidney and bladder ultrasound testing, prostate MRI and a 12-needle biopsy within the past year, I have at least a small appreciation of what you may be experiencing, small by comparison.
I was going to describe the process at one point but have not as yet.
I have been lucky thus far. PSA is just over 4 (4.04) and all the testing has found nothing beyond BPH, so far.
Best of luck and keep us posted if it is of any comfort to you.

Sorry to hear that, man? Get rid of bad shit from your diet! Sugar and processed food.

Like I said, I freeze my spuds ;)
Is this innuendo?
some good news today.. had my op this morning, and the surgeon says they were both small and superficial and small, and I may not even need any chemo or other treatments this time (have to wait for the grading to be sure) but fingers crossed...definitely us better than before I went down as he was talking about probably having having immunotherapy BCG as well. in either case they'll go back in in 6 months to double check then its back to the flex scope checkups
so yey for now!
